Each Keepsake Studio figurine is carefully handmade and designed for painting, display, and creative enjoyment.

To help preserve your creation, customers may optionally apply a protective clear coating or plaster sealant after painting for added durability and longer-lasting color protection.

Please read the following precautions carefully:

• Adult supervision is recommended for young children during painting and handling.
• Small parts may present a choking hazard. Not suitable for children under 3 years old.
• Figurines are decorative items and are not intended for rough play.
• Do not place in the mouth. Not edible.
• Avoid exposure to water, moisture, and direct heat.
• Handle gently to avoid chips, cracks, or breakage.
• Slight imperfections, texture differences, and color variations are part of the handmade process and make each piece unique.

Processing & Shipping

All Keepsake Studio products are handmade with care. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.

Estimated processing time:
• Ready-made items: 3–7 business days
• Custom or bulk orders: May require additional time

Shipping times vary based on destination and courier service.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted for custom-made items.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds or replacements may be approved for:
• Damaged items during shipping
• Incorrect orders
• Major product defects

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
• Minor handmade imperfections are not considered defects.
